2026 Piedmont Restoration Days

Trailhead Parking

 

This is the backbone schedule. There will be occasional extra restoration days, special projects, and urgent response incidents.

We alternate Saturdays and Sundays, so everyone has a chance to come.

Dates and start times are subject to change due to the weather and other issues. Check social media for last-minute changes. Facebook ~ Instagram

Restoration Days:

  • June 13 Sat – 8 to 11 am, please arrive at 7:45 am

  • July 19 Sun – 8 to 11 am, please arrive at 7:45 am – may be too hot

  • August 15 Sat – 8 to 11 am, please arrive at 7:45 am – may be too hot

  • Sept. 19 Sun –  8 to 11 am, please arrive at 7:45 am – may be too hot

  • Oct.17 Sat – 9 am to noon, please arrive at 8:45 am

  • Nov.15 Sun – 9 am to noon, please arrive at 8:45 am

  • Dec. 20 Sat – 10 am to 1 pm, please arrive at 9:45 am – may be too close to Christmas

Starting/Parking Locations – from north to south

  • Upper JJ Beeman Trail – White Rock Bluffs Trail: Lawnview & Sports
    • 3005 Glover Pass at Scyene, Dallas, TX 75227 (Colonial Baptist Church)
    • Park in spaces closest to Scyene or along Glover.
  • Renda Meadow Trail, Scyene & Lacywood Overlook Trails, White Rock Bluffs Trail: lower Sports
    • 2725 N Jim Miller Rd, Dallas, TX 75227
    • Use the baseball field parking lot. Overflow parking at the soccer field parking lot, one block south.
  • Lower JJ Beeman and White Rock Bluffs Trail
    • 2323 N Jim Miller Rd, Dallas, TX 75227
    • Park in the Grover Keeton Golf Course parking lot in the back rows by the wooden kiosk next to the forest.
  • Piedmont Ridge Trails, White Rock Bluffs Trail: upper Sports 
    • 2323 N Jim Miller Rd, Dallas, TX 75227
    • Park in the Grover Keeton Golf Course parking lot spaces closest to the road and large pecans.
